the breakfast included pastries yogurt and cereal it offered a convenient start to the day. the location proved convenient for accessing the waterfront and canada place within walking distance. the hotel staff promptly located my phone charger and offered to ship it back showing excellent service.

the hotel location made it easy to walk to canada place. the staff was friendly and efficient , especially during check-in. the on-site laundry facilities were very useful for washing clothes. the breakfast included fresh waffles , which i appreciated.
the room i stayed in felt quite small and had dark , unappealing colors.

The location proved adequate for getting around the area.
the room was not GOOD. a cheap plastic seat moved when I TRIED to use the toilet. the lid did not fit and I had TO remove it to push the flapper down so it WOULD not run all night.

I loved the location. It was super convenient for walking to the waterfront. canada place was also just a short walk away! the room, though smaller, suited my needs perfectly. i noticed they have.
the older building shows some wear, but the updates made are noticeable.

The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, promptly addressing any questions i had. The 24-hour reception was definitely a plus. i felt secure knowing there was always someone available. It really made a difference.
